We handle criminal defense of all matters, ranging from D.U.I. cases to murder. The types of crimes we have experience in include: drug cases, identify theft, forgery, assault and battery, domestic violence, robbery, burglary, sexual offenses and other types of crimes.

I have gone to trial on clients’ cases ranging from Hit and Run accidents to Murder. We have obtained verdicts of “Not Guilty” in all of our criminal Jury trials. I have also done Juvenile court bench trials.

I am currently the defense attorney for Louie Sanchez, one of the defendants accused in the assault on Bryan Stow at Dodger Stadium on opening day last year. I have also handled other high profile criminal cases on both the English speaking and Spanish speaking media.

We offer reasonable fees, compared to other attorneys of similar experience. I have several types of payment plans, including reduced fees for full payment, payment per each stage of a felony case and a flat fee for one single court appearance or payment per court appearance.
